• TVN LLC retains the right to terminate user accounts based on fraudulent and other harmful activities harmful to our website’s services and website. Outstanding balances of suspended accounts are not eligible for refunds.

Content provided by users of the site (“Submitted Content”), such as user-posted content, including audio clips, musical works, graphics, images, trademarks, trade names, characters, and trademarks and copyrights is the property of the parties that provided that content, and is used by FromZero2Sixty subject to license, or subject to the fair use provisions of U.S. copyright or trademark law or made permissible under other applicable law. Although TVN LLC and FromZero2Sixty makes every reasonable effort to ensure that all material on this site is correct, accuracy cannot be, and is not, guaranteed by TVN LLC and FromZero2Sixty.

• No Viruses, Corrupting Files or Interference: You agree that you will not post any software, files or links to other sites and that you will not post any content that contains viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may adversely affect the operation of the Site, or feature of the Site. Opinions expressed in Submitted Content do not necessarily reflect the opinions of FromZero2Sixty and/or TVN LLC, and FromZero2Sixty does not endorse and has no control over Submitted Content. Submitted Content is not necessarily reviewed by FromZero2Sixty prior to posting and FromZero2Sixty makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the Submitted Content or to the accuracy and reliability of the Submitted Content.
• No Monitoring/Violation Notices: FromZero2Sixty does not necessarily monitor any materials posted, transmitted, or communicated to or within the Site. If you believe that something on the Site violates these Terms, please email. We also do not monitor for removed videos or stuck orders. The onus falls on the client to monitor their orders and should there be any issues, to inform us immediately so that we can either issue a refund or restart the order.
• User Termination/No Ownership: You understand and agree that you have no ownership rights in your account or other access to the Site or features therein. FromZero2Sixty may cancel your Account and delete all Submitted Content associated with your Account at any time, and without notice, if FromZero2Sixty deems that you have violated these Terms, the Submission Rules, the law, or for any other reason FromZero2Sixty assumes no liability for any information removed from our Site, and reserves the right to permanently restrict access to the Site or a user Account.
• Scope of License: By displaying, publishing, or otherwise posting any Submitted Content on or through the Site, you hereby grant to FromZero2Sixty a limited, non-exclusive (meaning that you are free to license your Content to anyone else in addition to FromZero2Sixty), sub-licensable (so that FromZero2Sixty can use its affiliates, partners and other subcontractors such as Internet content delivery networks and wireless carriers to provide the FromZero2Sixty), worldwide (because the Internet and FromZero2Sixty are global in reach), fully-paid and royalty free (meaning that FromZero2Sixty is not required to pay you for the use of the Submitted Content you post) license to use, modify (every effort will be made to preserve the integrity of your Submitted Content, but occasionally a technical modification such as compressing the file is necessary), publicly perform or publicly display (for editorial or promotional purposes), reproduce, and distribute such Submitted Content without the requirement to make payment to any third party or the need to seek any third party permission. PAYMENTS AND REFUND POLICY:

(a) Service Fees:
For use of FromZero2Sixty, you are required to pay applicable fees which may change from time to time subject only to your right to terminate such Services in accordance with the terms thereof. Fees vary by Service. Current fee schedules are available on the Site or in your Dashboard. You are responsible for payment of all applicable fees incurred by your Site account. All fees due from you to us hereunder, including to the extent applicable, one-time product purchase fees, recurring fees, auto-refill fees, third-party fees, applicable taxes, charge-back fees, resubmission fees, late payment fees, takedown fees, change request fees, and reinstatement fees, are referred to herein as “Service Fees”.

(b)Payment of Service Fees:
You agree that we may charge all Service Fees, including auto-refill charges to the payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal account, etc.) you have provided during checkout. You are responsible for the timely payment of all Service Fees. It is your responsibility to notify FromZero2Sixty if your payment method has changed by making the appropriate changes to your account settings. If you do not provide a valid payment method, or if your designated payment method is determined by us to be inactive for any reason, we may immediately discontinue providing Services to you. Purchases will appear on your credit or debit card statements as “TVN LLC.” You agree not to cause your credit or debit card company to reverse or “chargeback” any Service Fees charged in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, and in the event you do so, we may terminate your use of the Site and Services, and you agree to reimburse us for any costs incurred in responding to such chargeback, including, without limitation, our actual costs paid to the credit or debit card company, including chargeback fees, and the value of the time our employees spend on the matter as determined in our discretion in good faith.

(c) PayPal:

• You agree that upon purchasing our Services, that you clearly understand and agree with what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via PayPal.
• Upon a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute, we reserve the right, if applicable, to reset all views and other purchased services, terminate your account and/or permanently ban your IP address. Damage all your videos, providing them with negative comments, dislikes and bad traffic which will remove them from ranking or/and make a negative impression on your future visitors.
• We are offering non-tangible irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the digital product is sent. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item from our site.
• You agree that upon making your first purchase, you will be required to verify your PayPal email account before any services are started. This is a once-off process and has been implemented to prevent any fraudulent activity. Once your PayPal email address has been verified, we will start working on your orders.

PLEASE NOTE FOR ORDERS:

No refunds shall be forthcoming for the following reasons:

• When orders have been completed. This includes but is NOT limited to YouTube Views.
• Make sure the video wasn’t removed due to Content Related issues.
• Make sure the video wasn’t removed due to flagging by other users.
• If we investigate and find “Video removed by User”, we do not refund as there is no way to determine if it was due to our views if you remove the video before we investigate.
• Should you make use of any other supplier’s services along with using our services, we do not take responsibility for any skewed statistic or incomplete orders. Do not make use of any other supplier when running campaigns with us.
• If you mix ANY of our views with that of another supplier and there are discrepancies, drops or deletions, we DO NOT take responsibility for this. This includes videos with previously bought views added to the system. No refunds or refills (full or partial) will be issued in such cases.
• If you mix ANY of our views with that of another Supplier, AdWords or YouTube’s Tru-View system, we will not take any responsibility for inaccurate view counts resulting from this. Do NOT mix our views campaign with any other form of a marketing campaign.
• Partial Refunds are issued if your video is not completed in our system or fails to deliver within the specified time. This does not apply to Content Related, Copyright, Spam, Flagging, Videos Removed by User, Videos Unavailable or YouTube channels removed by Users. No refunds (full or partial) will be issued in such cases. Our guarantee becomes null and void if your video violates YouTube’s Terms of Service. Services
• Our website will only be used for promotional purposes for your account and or content.
• We do not guarantee that your new viewers will interact with your content.
• We in no way guarantee ANY rankings with these views. Results vary depending on Niches, Competitiveness, Video Optimization and YouTube Algorithms. This is completely at the discretion of the networks.
• You will not upload anything to the website, including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the YouTube community. Each client is responsible for ensuring that their videos comply with the Youtube content guideline and TOS before ordering views or upload such videos.
• All products are sold “as is”.

Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold FromZero2Sixty and/or TVN LLC, its parents, subsidiaries, officers, employees, and website contractors and each of their officers, employees and agents harmless from any claims, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, related to your violation of these Terms, including the Submission Rules, or any violations thereof by your dependents or which arises from the use of Submitted Content.

Unenforceable Provisions:
If any provision of this website disclaimer is or is found to be, unenforceable under applicable law, that will not affect the enforceability of the other provisions of this website disclaimer.

Severability:
If a provision of these terms and conditions is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.
